These terms apply to the sale of vehicles by Humber Cars and to the use of this website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We take care to describe every vehicle accurately, including mileage, history and condition. Specifications, photographs and prices are provided in good faith but should be confirmed with us before purchase, as occasional errors or changes can occur.
All prices are in pounds sterling. A vehicle can be reserved by agreement; any reservation deposit and its terms will be confirmed to you in writing at the time.
When you buy a vehicle from us as a consumer, it must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you have a short-term right to reject it and receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, and within the first six months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and a price reduction or refund if that is unsuccessful. These rights are in addition to any warranty supplied with the vehicle.
Where a warranty is included or purchased, its full terms and what it covers will be provided to you with the vehicle.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
